Located in the heart of London, the Queen Square private consulting rooms (operated by UCLH Private Healthcare) at 23 Queen Square are situated next door to the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery. These outpatient facilities are dedicated to private patients with neurological concerns.

All of the consultants and specialist staff who use the private consulting rooms are based in the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery and/or have links with the UCL Institute of Neurology in Queen Square.  Queen Square’s neurosurgeons are considered among the best in their field and have an international reputation as experts in their specialist areas of neurosurgery.

• Uro–neurology – treating patients with neurological diseases such as multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease for urological complications.
 Interventional neuroradiology – used to treat cerebral aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations and increasingly acute stroke
• Neuropsychology – supporting patients who have had a traumatic brain injury, stroke, metabolic disorders, tumours or neurodegenerative diseases
• Neuropsychiatry – A treatment option for patients with damage to or disease of the nervous system, which is causing difficulties with moods, thinking, and behaviour (for example, dementia)
• Neuropathology – an essential service for neurological and neurosurgical diagnosis in brain tumours, inflammatory disorders of peripheral nerve and muscle and also in the central nervous system.
• Neuro-otology – the diagnosis, investigation, management and rehabilitation of complex, auditory, vestibular and voice disorders, including skull base surgery. This may include dizziness, anxiety, panic attacks and auditory processing disorders, among others.
