Professor Tarek Yousry
Professor Yousry is head of the Lysholm Department of Neuroradiology and Head of the Division of Neuroradiology and Neurophysics at The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery.
Alongside his neuroradiology expertise, his main research interests are in improving treatment outcome through the precise identification of anatomic and functional structures. Specifically, his research aims to develop novel MRI techniques to diagnose peripheral nerve disease and to establish a non-invasive tool to monitor disease progression and therapy of peripheral nerve disease.
Professor Yousry is able to provide a radiological opinion on scans which have been performed outside of Queen Square. Such reviews can be organised by contacting the Queen Square Imaging Centre. Please note that we will require a referral from a doctor for imaging review, and that a fee will apply for this service.
